By downloading, installing or using BlackJack Lite ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Playing online
When you play online, other players can see your player name and profile picture and, if your microphone is on, hear your voice. Only use photos you have the right to share, and keep your name, picture and voice chat respectful.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Game
- Use cheats, exploits or unauthorised third-party software
- Harass, abuse or harm other players
- Use the Game for any illegal purpose
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Game, including graphics, sounds and gameplay mechanics, is owned by Kwabi Games Ltd and protected by copyright laws.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game means you accept the updated terms.
